Our Story
The Romanian American Carolina Alliance was formed by community members who saw the need for a unifying platform that reflects the full diversity of Romanian life in the Carolinas.
Romanian communities connect in many ways — through culture, family, professional networks, and faith communities. RACA exists to help these connections extend beyond individual spaces, encouraging cooperation and dialogue across the broader community.
Charlotte serves as our starting point due to its central location and strong Romanian presence, allowing us to naturally connect communities throughout North and South Carolina.
Who We Serve
- Romanian Americans across North & South Carolina
- Families, professionals, students, and newcomers
- Community organizations, cultural groups, and faith communities
- Americans interested in Romanian culture and community life
Participation is open to all who share an interest in building strong, connected communities.
